Participantyes, you can download a tabata timer to help. you do 20 seconds of high knees, rest, repeat 8 times which is 4 minutes, then rest one minute and start the next round.

Question: A loaf makes 8 servings(slices) I can eat 3(slices) of them as my serving after the workout?

ParticipantI do stretching, foam rolling, massage, anti-inflammatory OTC and then just smile with the pain knowing I did a terrific workout and soon it will be better. Hope that helps.

Oh my goodness! I thought I was going to die during that workout today! I have to modify the jumps and it was still tough, it felt like I was new to training. Bring on the weight-loss.

ParticipantThey are good for a low carb diet unless you are sensitive to sugar alcohols. For this challenge eating real whole foods would be best from everything I’ve read on here.They are high in fat too.
