ParticipantI have been training for awhile and took a few days off before the start of the challenge and since Monday’s leg day workout I could barely move. I was going to take today off but decided to give it a go. I ended up tweaking my knee and omitting the lunges. I stretch, warm up, and foam roll and it still hurts. 🙂 But, it’s a good kind of hurt.lol

ParticipantI am having the same problem. I review the exercises before I start so I can flow smoothly. If I forget I will go back and check it out but knowing ahead of time really helps without all the scrolling.

Participantyes, you can download a tabata timer to help. you do 20 seconds of high knees, rest, repeat 8 times which is 4 minutes, then rest one minute and start the next round.

ParticipantI just made the banana bread and it tastes so good my family ate most of it. I was lucky enough to grab a serving for tomorrow. From now on I will have to make a couple of batches. 🙂
Question: A loaf makes 8 servings(slices) I can eat 3(slices) of them as my serving after the workout?

ParticipantI do stretching, foam rolling, massage, anti-inflammatory OTC and then just smile with the pain knowing I did a terrific workout and soon it will be better. Hope that helps.

I have 5 grown children and have been up and down with my weight for years. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight already but need those last 40 pounds to release from my body and soul. I’m not a big cardio fan either but this should be fun,lifting heavy!Maria
