    yes, you can download a tabata timer to help. you do 20 seconds of high knees, rest, repeat 8 times which is 4 minutes, then rest one minute and start the next round.

    I just made the banana bread and it tastes so good my family ate most of it. I was lucky enough to grab a serving for tomorrow. From now on I will have to make a couple of batches. 🙂

    Question: A loaf makes 8 servings(slices) I can eat 3(slices) of them as my serving after the workout?

    I do stretching, foam rolling, massage, anti-inflammatory OTC and then just smile with the pain knowing I did a terrific workout and soon it will be better. Hope that helps.

    You can take single packs of oatmeal and use the coffee maker with hot water to cook. Cook your hard boiled eggs ahead of time, pack your meat.

    I use flavored liquid stevia. You could always add a little almond milk.

    HI Shasta,
    I have 5 grown children and have been up and down with my weight for years. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight already but need those last 40 pounds to release from my body and soul. I’m not a big cardio fan either but this should be fun,lifting heavy!

    I didnt see any triceps/shoulders for today.

    Oh my goodness! I thought I was going to die during that workout today! I have to modify the jumps and it was still tough, it felt like I was new to training. Bring on the weight-loss.

    They are good for a low carb diet unless you are sensitive to sugar alcohols. For this challenge eating real whole foods would be best from everything I’ve read on here.They are high in fat too.
