    How were you notified that it was going to be 10 minutes late? I never got a notification. I just want to make sure I do not miss anything in the future. Thanks!

    I missed it too apparently. I got on zoom last night at 7 but there was a note that said it would be “tomorrow” (which is today, June 3). And, Maureen’s answer to your question also said it would be today. As I understand it though I believe it did actually take place last night so I am confused. I am hoping there is a recording that we can access since we paid for it. 🙂

    The email we received said it is tonight at 7. So is it tomorrow at 7 EST? I was not able to watch the video today.

    Can someone tell me the total amount of cardio we need on cardio days? I know it is most likely in there somewhere and I am probably staring at it but I seem to be blind lol.

    I am confused now……sorry :(. As I understood it, the avocado toast recipe yields two servings. Would that not mean that it is one piece of toast for a serving and not two? The answer above says it is 2 pieces of toast so I just need clarification please. Thank you!

    I usually weigh after cooking also but the recipe states for 8oz of raw kale. That is what I am wanting to confirm.

    I know! I am with you! It is confusing because it looks to me like it is saying two different things. The calendar clearly says upload after photos on days 54, 55, 56. The “Challenge Rules” say submitting “After” information will begin on March 9, 2019 at 12 pm EST and end on March 11, 2019 at 11 pm EST.All those dates are not shown on the calendar that we have been following. I hope they will clarify by giving us the exact dates. 🙂

    If you look in her program overview on her website and click on the phase 2 calendar it has the dates for the photo upload right at the bottom on the calendar. I am thinking it says day 54 is the start and I think there is a three day window. I’m going off of memory because I don’t have it right in front of me but thought I would pass that along.

    I have been reading all the posts about the pyramiding and have gotten so confused. I thought I was doing it correctly but now I am doubting myself. I read what your post says above for Jan 8 about the first week the reps need to be 10-12 and we should not be doing 8 or 6 or 4. Then there is another post stating we should be going down to 8 reps because that is what Nicole says in her introduction summary about pyramid principle(see below) :

    “We are incorporating the Pyramid Principle into all of these workouts – meaning you will increase your weight and lower your reps with each set. So if the rep range calls for 3 sets of 10-12 reps, you will start your first set using a weight you can do for around 12 repetitions. On your second set, you’ll increase the weight and shoot for 10 reps; on your third, you’ll increase the weight again and shoot for 8.”

    I have been doing the first set at 12 reps, second set at 10, third set at 8, fourth at 6, fifth at 4 reps, increasing the weight for each lowered set. Is this correct or incorrect? I want to get it completely right for the second week…..especially if I screwed up the first week.

    Sorry for asking the question after it has already been on here a dozen times but the questions are the reason for my confusion. I am just looking for clarification for myself because I want to make the most of this program. Thank you for all of the support and patience in answering our questions!

    Hi, in the email that I received once I signed up for the 60 day challenge that starts Jan. 7, 2019, it says that the “before” pictures can begin to be uploaded on Jan. 2. However, it says we will not receive the material until Jan. 4th. Will we get instructions before Jan 4th. on how we are to upload the “before” pictures and what the requirements are for the pictures? Thank you!
