    Hi Cathleen

You did fine. Mine are runny to; if I want to thicken I would just add less almond milk or leave the water out, I warmed mine in the canning jar in the microwave for about 80 seconds I did 40 seconds at a time and they were perfect and then I drank them and used my spoon for the big strawberry chunks. I use Monk fruit for sweetener it was really good

Right hopithey will revise it thats why it’s not good to print the e-book until a week or two passes so all the errors are fixed.

I mixed mine all together in a canning jar and I’m gonna eat it this morning I can’t wait

I’m just used to seeing it there and it makes me more apt to stick to it if Nicole has it on the calendar.

Writing it in is the best option for now.

    Thank you for the replies

Thank you. Its usually still listed at least in the past and we had the option to change it up. Maybe its not going to be listed anymore.

Thank you for your reply 🙂

I logged in to ask this same question—

Also wondering if all ingredients can be added in the overnight oats-it seems the main benefit of overnight oats is to be able to grab & go. Food needs to be as quick and easy as possible for me. I’ll try it and see how it turns out.

    NW Team,

After looking at the landmine row that Nichole is doing in the landmine video, does it just mean to take a dumbbell and get in that same position while putting both hands on the dumbbell and pulling up as in the landmine video? What I am understanding is that it’s basically a landmine row using a dumbbell instead.

Meaning a person would need to do the math to get the right plant based option

Since plant based is included in the meal plan options and there are so many differences in macros between plant based brands, I’m assuming the vegan meal option isn’t within the allotted macros then, correct?

Wondering the same. I weighed raw then cooked.
Normally I’d cook then weigh but when it’s this type of recipe I think it’s an exception but now I’m questioning…

When we have these types of meals I don’t feel like I’m getting enough of one ingredient or the other like my protein may be short and I may have more broccoli. Does that balance of protein and veggies matter?

I noticed the plant based has significantly more carbs like 15g. I’m thinking I should stop using it. NW protein has zero. I’m curious about the answer so following…

    Hi,

I am on the community page and some are saying that Nicole said in March…some are saying in 45 days and others are saying that NW said it will be a 45 day challenge held in March.

I’m not sure what the big secret is to at least tell which month the challenge will be held in? Knowing this will help me decide which plan I will follow in the meantime.
…..which I need to food prep for this week.

If Nicole mentioned March in her video can’t you confirm that’s what she said?

    Best Regards,
    Brenda

    Thank you.
I’ve read this information, but on the overview calendar it says “Refeed Day”, which isn’t the same as “Refeed Meal” as mentioned in the instructions… so I wanted to clarify.

When new people that aren’t familiar with these programs read the two different things it’s confusing.

For future programs maybe this wording could be revised to “Refeed Meal”. 😉

You’ll see “beef” in the first line in the “DIRECTIONS”

    Hi Nicole,

Thank you. My two friends that are new and getting super confused and stressed about it because the information is contradicting.

Also I wanted to let you know that in the “instructions” for the turkey chili it calls for “beef”.

Just letting you know as informational for next challenge that this recipe is used.

Thanks again for the quick reply 🙂

    Brenda
