Hi Cathleen
You did fine. Mine are runny to; if I want to thicken I would just add less almond milk or leave the water out, I warmed mine in the canning jar in the microwave for about 80 seconds I did 40 seconds at a time and they were perfect and then I drank them and used my spoon for the big strawberry chunks. I use Monk fruit for sweetener it was really good
atwoodbrendaParticipantRight hopithey will revise it thats why it’s not good to print the e-book until a week or two passes so all the errors are fixed.
I mixed mine all together in a canning jar and I’m gonna eat it this morning I can’t wait
atwoodbrendaParticipantThank you
atwoodbrendaParticipantI’m just used to seeing it there and it makes me more apt to stick to it if Nicole has it on the calendar.
Writing it in is the best option for now.
Thank you for the replies
atwoodbrendaParticipantThank you. Its usually still listed at least in the past and we had the option to change it up. Maybe its not going to be listed anymore.
Thank you for your reply 🙂
atwoodbrendaParticipantThank you
atwoodbrendaParticipantI cant see the answer to Jill’s question—i have the same question
atwoodbrendaParticipantI logged in to ask this same question—
Also wondering if all ingredients can be added in the overnight oats-it seems the main benefit of overnight oats is to be able to grab & go. Food needs to be as quick and easy as possible for me. I’ll try it and see how it turns out.
atwoodbrendaParticipantGood to know. I’m having same issue needed to know this too
atwoodbrendaParticipantThank you! Ordered it! It’ll be here on 10/13 YAAY!!
atwoodbrendaParticipantThank you! I was thinking too that HR is the only way to determine
atwoodbrendaParticipantSO HAPPY the dumbell and home wo videos are available now. SO SO SO SO HAPPY!!!
THANK YOU NICOLE!!!atwoodbrendaParticipantNW Team,
After looking at the landmine row that Nichole is doing in the landmine video, does it just mean to take a dumbbell and get in that same position while putting both hands on the dumbbell and pulling up as in the landmine video? What I am understanding is that it’s basically a landmine row using a dumbbell instead.
atwoodbrendaParticipantI used the liquid oil and it set well and they are super good but too small!! I need at least 5
atwoodbrendaParticipantOhhh man peanut butter dipping sauce yum
atwoodbrendaParticipantYes but did you use the liquid or hardened oil. The reason it may matter is because the harden coconut oil after heated will re-harden and keep the balls firm and not squishy and oily.
In other challenges she’s specified which to use.I have both and want to get started making them.
Which did you use?
Thank you for your reply💞
atwoodbrendaParticipantYes I have a scale I weighed it
atwoodbrendaParticipantOK I knew you were going to say that😭
atwoodbrendaParticipantFollowing
atwoodbrendaParticipantFollowing
atwoodbrendaParticipantMeaning a person would need to do the math to get the right plant based option
atwoodbrendaParticipantSince plant based is included in the meal plan options and there are so many differences in macros between plant based brands, I’m assuming the vegan meal option isn’t within the allotted macros then, correct?
atwoodbrendaParticipantThank you 🙂
atwoodbrendaParticipantWondering the same. I weighed raw then cooked.
Normally I’d cook then weigh but when it’s this type of recipe I think it’s an exception but now I’m questioning…atwoodbrendaParticipantWhen we have these types of meals I don’t feel like I’m getting enough of one ingredient or the other like my protein may be short and I may have more broccoli. Does that balance of protein and veggies matter?
