ParticipantBut if you didn’t make the stir-fry and used the exchange list you wouldn’t use a fatty protein and plus add the 11/2 servings of fat right? Was the fatty protein dissected into fat and protein? Hope this makes sense.

Hamburger Taco seasoned
Diced tomatoes mixed in hamburger
Corn tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese
And a little enchilada sauceI make 6 servings in a 9×13 dish
Spread a little enchilada sauce on bottom of dish
Put taco seasoned hamburger and tomatoes on top of tortillas
Cover with other half of tortillas
Spread a little more enchilada sauce over tortillas
Top with cheese and bake at 350 until cheese is meltedBecky Martin

ParticipantThe fatty protein listing on the exchange list is real bacon it says 2 slices. . The lean protein one is turkey bacon it says 4 slices.

ParticipantWhat I am saying is that it only has about a 1/2 a serving lean protein and not a full serving like the meal says. So I think the protein may be short in this meal.

ParticipantMake pancakes Grind up the oats and use the exchange list to add eggs, and baking powder. Or make french toast using the exchange list.
