    PSR
    Meal 3 Option 2
    Lp egg whites
    Sc ground oats
    F egg yolks
    Teaspoon baking powder

Mix all ingredients, spray pan with Pam, pour in pan and cook like a pancake. Inturn the heat lower and cover with lid, it helps cook quicker.
I use Walden Farms pancake syrup

Yes it does make sense, but I guess my question is what meal plan should she follow to consume the correct amount of calories. My goal is to have her focus on eating more healthy foods and have a good balanced diet.

Hey guys this is what I used for the Strawberry banana bread. I used one banana and 2 servings strawberries per the exchange list. Which is 700 grams. I had to bake longer because the frozen strawberries have more water.

Hey guys I see some of the plans call for apple. Just use banana instead. So if you make 6 servings use 3 medium bananas

I do love the exchange list option. I do however like having 15 meal options with recipes especially the blueberry bread and banana bread. It makes it easy for when your first meal is eaten while driving to work. I suppose though if you have recipes from other plans you could make them work by using the macros for a meal instead of the exchange list.

You could probably take one of the meals and make swaps with the exchange list in order to eat a BLT. I intend to do that as in love BLTs in the summer. Just use turkey bacon which is on the exchange list.

I quadruple the recipe and bake in a 9×13 glass dish, spray with a little pam, bake @ 350° for 25-30 minutes. I also add a little lemon extract.

I actually just did a regular split squat with both feet on the floor and then into the dead lift. This worked fine I just cant squat as deep as I would like but it worked. I am already starting to feel the soreness!! Lol

Thanks I will try a step up. Haven’t tried them. I just know that I was taking a bodypump class and I was almost down for the count after doing the lunges. I will also try a reverse to see how it feels.

I seen somewhere that high carb days have lower fat and low carb days have higher fat. Salmon is fattier than cod so I would think that the meal plan is correct.

Also you most likely will not use all of the milk.

Hi guys, what works best is to add the almond milk a little at a time and mix to a very stiff gooey consistency. Then put in a glass dish. They will still be somewhat sticky on the bottom but the top sets nicely. I usually have to scoop out with a flat spatula.
