Diced tomatoes mixed in hamburger
Corn tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese
And a little enchilada sauceI make 6 servings in a 9×13 dish
Spread a little enchilada sauce on bottom of dish
Put taco seasoned hamburger and tomatoes on top of tortillas
Cover with other half of tortillas
Spread a little more enchilada sauce over tortillas

Becky MartinParticipantWhat I am saying is that it only has about a 1/2 a serving lean protein and not a full serving like the meal says. So I think the protein may be short in this meal.
Becky MartinParticipantMake pancakes Grind up the oats and use the exchange list to add eggs, and baking powder. Or make french toast using the exchange list.
