    That is what I usually do. I just don’t want to pay to have it printed and then something gets changed. You can usually find deals and coupons at office max/office depot

    I haven’t made them again yet. I probably will this afternoon. Adding the butter on top melted helps a whole lot!!

    Thanks, I already did that. I may take the fat for the meal and add it to the muffin batter and see if that helps

    I do know that the one cup of soy sauce does add a little over 2grams of protein per serving as well

    Lori I was wondering the same and you also measure the meat raw for this one which dropped mine from 16oz to 10 oz after cooking

    But if you didn’t make the stir-fry and used the exchange list you wouldn’t use a fatty protein and plus add the 11/2 servings of fat right? Was the fatty protein dissected into fat and protein? Hope this makes sense.

    I think insee what you are saying. So the 1/2 cup of strawberries in the recipe is not listed on the recipe macros. Is it part of the 1 SC then for the recipe?

    60day2021 Meal 3 option 2
    Hamburger Taco seasoned
    Diced tomatoes mixed in hamburger
    Corn tortillas
    Shredded cheddar cheese
    And a little enchilada sauce

    I make 6 servings in a 9×13 dish
    Spread a little enchilada sauce on bottom of dish
    Put taco seasoned hamburger and tomatoes on top of tortillas
    Cover with other half of tortillas
    Spread a little more enchilada sauce over tortillas
    Top with cheese and bake at 350 until cheese is melted

    I made all 6 of mine and put them in the fridge. I ate the sixth o e this morning and tasted perfect. I microwave about 45 seconds.

    The meal calls for LP turkey bacon. So you are correct for meal 3 option 1.

    The meal calls for 4 slices of turkey bacon. So you have been eating the correct bacon per the recipe.

    The fatty protein listing on the exchange list is real bacon it says 2 slices. . The lean protein one is turkey bacon it says 4 slices.

    What I am saying is that it only has about a 1/2 a serving lean protein and not a full serving like the meal says. So I think the protein may be short in this meal.

    Make pancakes Grind up the oats and use the exchange list to add eggs, and baking powder. Or make french toast using the exchange list.
