    Hmm just had a blow, well it’s not really cause I been waiting. I’m going in for carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists in less than 2 weeks, just got call yesterday. So yes it will interfere with this challenge but it’s another step to getting this body working the way it should. I will be limited extremely for couple of weeks then I believe I’ll able to work around the recovery, they say 6 weeks but I’m not sure if that’s back to normal activity or be able to hold weights.
    I guess my question is has anyone in the group had this surgery? How was it and how was recovery? Etc. More important how long until back lifting freely? I know everyone is different but these are the questions flying around in my head.

    Lol, I mucked that up. Leg ext, I did x10 at 14kg each leg, x10 @12kg and x10@ 10kg, I found that hard work. Hmmm in effect we are doing a total of 180 reps???? Note I do single leg with KB. Woah..quads are burning thinking about next round.

    I just looked at it. We get 2 servings. If you look at recipe, that is 2 servings if you do as is, which is x2 pieces of toast.
