Everything you are doing along with BCAAs, Glutamine and rest. If you need to take a day off take it. Lift a little lighter for the next week to get your body used to the different programming and then ramp it up. I promise it will get better.

NicoleKeymasterI wouldnt take the scale. HOpefully you will be able to eyeball the serving sizes. Check the menu ahead of time and stick with lean meats, no sauce, vegetables, no butter, etc. Steakhouses are the easiest to stay on track ๐ Feel free to post the menu here or on the facebook community page for help once you know where you are going.

NicoleKeymasterI didnt break them out that way for the vegan list. There isn’t enough protein options to split them. If you swap from the vegan plan, use the vegan list. I wouldn’t worry about being absolutely perfect with macros but if you are comfortable tracking that way, that is totally cool ๐
