KeymasterI wouldnt take the scale. HOpefully you will be able to eyeball the serving sizes. Check the menu ahead of time and stick with lean meats, no sauce, vegetables, no butter, etc. Steakhouses are the easiest to stay on track 🙂 Feel free to post the menu here or on the facebook community page for help once you know where you are going.

KeymasterYou can eat the same meal multiple times in a day if you like. All meals in the vegan plan (other than meal 5) are the same calorie and macro amounts.

KeymasterI didnt break them out that way for the vegan list. There isn’t enough protein options to split them. If you swap from the vegan plan, use the vegan list. I wouldn’t worry about being absolutely perfect with macros but if you are comfortable tracking that way, that is totally cool 🙂
