I’m in the same boat. 58 and my post menopausal metabolism is at 0! Probably negative…Anyway, I could not eat all of that food. I could only eat 1/2 the wrap and had to wait to eat the grapefruit. Had to skip meal 2, had no desire to eat again.Grabbed 1/2 a banana on my way out the door. Meal 4,also a bit too much for me. I don’t want to feel like I’m forcing myself to finish the portions. I am sure my HIIT workout intensity, and at-home barbell workouts are nowhere close to what the more fit people can produce at the gym. Doesn’t seem like the calorie requirements would be the same. Is it better to cut portion size or skip a meal? This is like another FT job so the struggle is real.
