Thanks! I did watch the Olympia meal prep video 😊 was thinking of maybe bringing some frozen meals. How did you pack them? In a separate bag-can you carry that on? Planning on at least taking oatmeal and protein portioned out in baggies and going to grocery store for most other things.

Roe-wanted to add-be sure you set it to 30 rounds or it will stop short on you-there are 12 total exercises or a 6:6 interval set with 5 rounds, so that would be 30 interval sets total-there must’ve been a previous workout that was 5:5, so it looks like that’s where the 25 rounds came from 😊

    It’s actually 6:6-so 30 interval rounds, and yes-it will take 45min

Ok-so I’m terrified of using the grill-I have an unrealistic worry of singeing off my eyebrows 🙂 So I was just going to cook it in a pan on the stove, but my husband bought an air fryer the other day and we decided to try that-weird to think about, but tasted fine 🙂

I think drinking them during my workout might be helping with soreness-am I crazy????? I’m still sore, don’t get me wrong, but I feel like I don’t get as sore as I usually do after working out and I think I’m working out as hard 🙂

It works out to a little over 1 Cup cooked rice for me-anyone else? Seemed like a big serving-it was like 1 1/3 servings off the package facts (serving size was 3/4 Cups cooked)

OMG-that makes total sense Jenean! I see that now-thanks! I feel like I need to read the program everyday after training because every time I do, another light bulb goes on 🙂 I read that before I started the program, but didn’t process it at the time 🙂
