ParticipantI just weight mine out dry so 40g dry x 5 would be 200g dry then cook. Once cooked I measure again and divide by 5. May be slightly off but that’s what I do.

ParticipantI pushed through with no breaks and set intervals for 35 sec but 50 intervals didn’t cover it so I had to reset timer. I fixed it and put in 61 not sure why that was.

ParticipantI do egg whites prepared for the whole week. I cook them like a frittata in the oven then measure out place in ziplocs for the weem.
