    If I’m not mistaken, I believe 93/7 ground beef has the same macros as 93/7 ground turkey at least the products I have used in the past! Hope this helps :). Maybe check out a 93/7 ground beef label from a store near you and compare it if you would like to be sure!

    8ml is the same on my scale as 8g so if your scale is doing g and oz. go by that!

    I’m not sure if I’m allowed to share this but these are flavored stevia packets, good for oatmeal, coffee, plain cereal, mixing into protein, greek yogurt, etc.

    The rainbow pack lets you try one of each before you buy a certain flavor 🙂

    Hi Nicola, you should have absolutely no problem finding the foods in the UK (I am originally from there and when I visit, I can find the kind of foods you can expect to see in the challenge). The brands will be the only thing that will be a bit different. Depending on how you currently eat, I would say no it shouldn’t dramatically increase. Yes you can enter from the UK 🙂 I believe it’s anywhere!

    Michelle, I know I can’t answer the first question but in answer to the second the difference between the two is that the retreat camps are limited to a smaller number of women and Nicole takes everyone out to dinner on Friday night!

    I’ve been on depression and anxiety meds for 3 years now, with that being said, I struggle to put on weight! If you are sticking to “macros” or whichever plan you have chosen, there really is no way the meds will do anything 🙂 I promise! That is more the case with people who don’t necessarily watch what they eat (causing them to eat more than they need or vice versa). Hope this helps? Feel free to reach out if you ever need to talk!
