I would take the “after” photos the morning after she sends out the final hashtag. Cause I think there is a few days that you have, to send the final photos. So then you can take advantage of the extra day of training and dieting and you won’t have to send it after being a few meals down.

ParticipantI’m there with you as well. I’ve been feeling pretty discouraged for a couple weeks already and I know exactly why but figure I’ll do my best. I’ve got a 2.5 month old, so sleep is very scarce and I know how important it is when it comes to goals regarding fitness. But I decided to go through with this anyway.

The way I look at it is, we’ve got one more week left, stay off the scale, don’t measure yourself until the bitter end. The less stress, the better.

ParticipantI’m glad I’m not the only one who thought this! I struggled too (and normally my husband makes fun of me saying I like to eat a meal for 5 people. But I this one got me!)
I do know as our body adapts to it and our bodies start reving up our metabolism, we will be able to start eating more and feel more hungry.I just keep reminding myself “Do your best and trust the process”

ParticipantHi!!! Im super excited too! I’m Ready to get back into routine and not only look better but feel better in general.
This will be my first time doing a challenge where I’m able to go somewhere for support from other people doing the exact same thing – I don’t have any sort of social media where there are “groups” to chat in. So this already makes me relaxed and more motivated that I will get through this.Good luck everyone! I’m super excited to be on this journey with you
