ParticipantFrom what I’ve read, yes. Everybody’s going to respond differently. Keep up the good work, stick with it 100 % and you will be amazed!

ParticipantI clearly messed up. I thought we could eat any meal any time. OOPS!! Lesson learned… read everything about the challenge. I have been eating meal 5 incorrectly. At least I caught this before the first week ends.

ParticipantIf we forget to eat our post workout meal, can we still have five meals in our day? Of course as long as we spread it out every three hours? I was just concerned, because I realize the post workout you eat right away because your body burns that and uses that fast. So does that mean I only get four meals today since I forgot my post workout meal?

ParticipantI just now pulled up the cardio and saw that you had already fixed that HIIT exercise. I printed all the material when it first came out. Sorry to bother everyone with this!

ParticipantThat’s suppose to read *am I doing it right?* 3 minute warm up, then three rounds of three speeds at 1 minute each. Then three minute cool down.

ParticipantNicole’s plan lists 4 liters of water as a recommendation. Coffee is ok (black)

ParticipantI also did it the way it is stated. Plus it is a superset, so to me, it makes sense to do both exercises on one arm as your superset.

ParticipantI am confused now. It’s typed on Training Phase 1 as *Perform both exercises with one arm before switching to the other, no rest between*

ParticipantI prefer to bake my potatoes ahead of time. Grab a potato from the fridge, grate, then microwave. I don’t mix it in with my egg and spinach. That’s just my preference.

ParticipantI actually enjoy the yogurt and blueberries mixed together and just add cinnamon. I do not mix in my almond butter, because I like to slowly savor it and eat it off the spoon… I love almond butter!

ParticipantI definitely feel “in the fog” at times. I am full of energy, but lower carbs has brought on forgetfulness for me also. Lol..

ParticipantThanks ladies! I just started weighing myself because my clothes are falling off of me. When I wake up in the morning, I am really hungry. I started the challenge at 109lbs. I now weigh 95lbs. I was only concerned because I was feeling hungry, yet was eating according to plan, and could tell my weight was really dropping. Thanks for your input.

ParticipantGreat job everyone! !
Not only do I love the results we are all achieving, but the best part for me, is that my daughters are wanting to follow the healthy eating habits. Plus, they are participating in new physical activities. Love it?j.atwood

ParticipantI look forward to my waffles every morning. They are so good, and feels like a treat.
Sorry to bring this up again…..but, I cooked and froze my waffles and didn’t weigh batter or waffles before freezing. So, I’ve been eating one waffle, the size of a salad plate each morning, I am on women’s meal plan 1. Does any one know how many ounces per waffle we should be eating?
Thanks again…just want to make sure I am eating enough or not.j.atwood
ParticipantI actually like the oat bran. I add cinnamon…it’s easy and so filling!
