    Thank you. I ended up doing 10 lunges on each leg, 10 calve raises, 8 lunges etc down to 2 then rested for one complete set. Did this for 3 sets for 90 lunges each leg total

    I am so sore and tired! I can still hardly walk from Tuesday’s leg day. I’m really pushing myself because the last 5+ years of all my hard work literally vanished because I had to take 4 months off cardio and leg workouts due to a knee injury (March 2019) followed by months of having to modify and take it easy. After that I unfortunately let the holidays get the best of me. Within the last 5 years I had done two bikini comps and was in the “Are you next?” section of Oxygen Magazine. My knee is feeling good and I want my old body back, summer is coming! I will say I’m glad tomorrow is an off day, my body could certainly use it but at the same time I look forward to phase 2 6 days a week since that is what I’m ultimately used to.
    Nutrition has been on point and easy, already seeing slight results from that.
