    I am worried about my form in doing the unbroken hang snatch and don’t want to get injured. I tend not to do “explosive” type movements if I can avoid it. I have hurt myself many times before.

    I have old cardio acceleration formats from previous challenges. Should I do this possibly instead?

    Hey Moe,
    I am following meal plan 2. If you look at Phase 2 Meal 1 option 2 and essentially Phase 1 Meal 2 option 2 you’ll see the LP, F, SC macro . Also, Meal 2 Option 2 essentially is LP, SC, and F. This is the same as Phase 1, Meal 1, Option 1 / Phase 1, Meal 3, Option 3/ , and essentially Phase 1, Meal 4, Option 1.

    I want to be sure to drop the calories and adjust the macro allocations for Phase 2 correctly. Thank you!

    Hi Mo,
    No particular meal, just a lean protein exchange. For example, Meal 2…If I exchange the protein powder (1/2 LP) for greek yogurt so I now have 12oz greek yogurt I will be adding 6-8 carbs. If I do this it will change my macro ratio and also add calories. This would affect any LP foods with 0 carbs like meats, protein powder, fish, egg whites, etc where I exchange it for greek yogurt. Thank you.

    If possible, I would like to review the personal training options as well. Also, I attended your camp last year in Michigan and loved it. I am wondering if there are any changes to the events at camps for this year? Thank you so much.
