I kind of got behind the eight ball with clients and workouts but I was also really full. I got an earlier start today so I think that will help. I am sooooo tired of the rain here!

kathydraperfitnessParticipantI was going to split the things like the quiche up into smaller meals. You want to still keep each meal pretty balanced make them a little smaller. Also remember all the meals are about the same amount of calories and macronutrients except the post workout. They can be swapped out.
Note on your tracking picture You might try with your snack to do one rice cake with half the yogurt You want to balance your meals and snacks. Your greek yogurt is going to be your protein and your rice cake is your carb. It just balances the meal better, keeps your blood sugar stable which keeps up your energy levels throughout the day.
