This morning I did the leg workout and it took me 1hr 25mn. Part of that was trying to figure out how to do the hip thrust when I realized my bench was too high for me and finding a work around. But the workouts are challenging. I then tried to complete the cardio after but I just couldn’t manage. I stopped after the 2mins warmup. I will have to do it in the afternoon. I will try them together after the first week until I can.
