I just mixed everything today and put in the fridge. I have made a ton of variety of overnight oats and there is no harm in mixing it all together at once.

So I’m 5’9 and on meal plan 3, my sister is meal plan 2. The couscous I use is 1/4 cup = 160 cal, 6g protein. 33g carbs and 1g fat.

The near east my sister uses is 1/3 cup = 200 cals, 7g protein, 42g carbs, .5g fat.

Mine are delicious, I made them into pancakes rather than waffles and I love them. Just have to watch to not over cook.

I thought so too, but the carbs don’t add up then.

Nicole clearly states any flavor Quaker Rice Cakes, and the difference in all of the macros in the different flavors are not off that much. Even putting plain in and Nicoles protein it is still way off.

The post workout shake and rice cake meal is also way off. NPower shake, quaker rice cakes. The spaghetti sqaush meal is way over. I use the exact sauce Nicole mentioned, regular spaghetti sqaush, barillas whole grain spaghetti and 1/2 tbsp olive oil.

I made a couple of them in advance and put them in the fridge and packed them in my lunch. Delicious. They stayed just fine.

Nicole mentioned the reason for patting dry was because if they are too wet the muffins will be mushy. I left all the clear pieces on the beans.

I take a huge saw and cut mine and then bake it, LOL, I am kidding. They are hard to cut prior to cooking but I am definitely going to try the instant pot way. We use our instant pot many times a week. Love that thing.

If I pull out the avocado with the tuna meal that should help right?

Yeah I guess I will remove the avocado and maybe just cut that meal in half. I don’t know what else to do.
