I made it this morning for the first time. Based on the amount of dry ingredients, I decided not to use liquid egg whites, instead I used three real egg whites. The volume is less and thicker allowing the batter to behave closer to a real pancake.

yournewday1, make sure to open with acrobat reader before printing. When you click on her link it looks huge, but if you take a look at the upper right connect it should say Open with Acrobat clink on that and you will see it normal size. I printed from Acrobat and it came out perfect size. I attached the picture for you to see it.
