    Toni, If you have regular oats you can grind it in the blender. That is the same as oat flour.

    For those if you still struggling with this recipe.
    I made it this morning for the first time. Based on the amount of dry ingredients, I decided not to use liquid egg whites, instead I used three real egg whites. The volume is less and thicker allowing the batter to behave closer to a real pancake.

    The exchange list shows 250g for strawberries. So, 1/2 FR is 125g.
    I think the meal has it incorrect.
    The document has three updates already, so if I was you I will download latest version.

    Angie, if the meal plan says 1/2 FR, you will eat 125g of strawberries. Maria

    Thanks you Naomi! I was aware Nicole re-creates from scratch the workouts/exercises, cardio workouts, nutrition/meal plans, and recipes but I did not know the exchange lists too.

    Nicole explained this in the program overview.
    You will not be able to download individual pages like we did before, but you can print individual pages from the ebook.

    I take my comment back! After I finished reading all material and taking a closer look, summer shred banner is at the top at the begging of each section only. And at the bottom for the rest of the same section.

    yournewday1, make sure to open with acrobat reader before printing. When you click on her link it looks huge, but if you take a look at the upper right connect it should say Open with Acrobat clink on that and you will see it normal size. I printed from Acrobat and it came out perfect size. I attached the picture for you to see it.
