Thank you for the answer. I strongly disagree with the HR targets numbers given, considering the wide ranges in Max HR (ad even 220-age is not accurate), but I do appreciate the thoughtfulness that goes into the program. … 🙂
Still not sure if I should do the 2nd leg day. I don’t think I can grow muscle in my legs on the relatively lower calories in phase 2 + all the cardio?? If I had to choose between 1 cardio (interval day), and the leg day, which do you think would be better for body comp? I guess legs?
