    Thank you. Maybe I should clarify. I see that there are 4 servings in the recipe. However, when I cut the 4 zucchini in half, I have eight halves. How do I determine 1 serving size as instructed by the women’s meal plan 4 for women? Specifically, is it 2 zucchini halves, 3 zucchini halves, 4 zucchini halves, etc?

    Thank you for the quick response. However, I was trying to clarify how many slices in a serving…is it 1 or 2 slices per serving?

    With my work schedule, I have to frequently space out my eating times and I am finding it hard to get in the fifth meal. In addition, I am finding that after weight training and having the protein shake and apple, I am usually so full and tired of eating by the end of the day. Is that normal? Should I force the fifth meal before bed?
