    Thanks Naomi – sorry but second part to this question would be should I still treat it as an off day and do meal plan b non training day because I see b plan is actually 3 times a week
    A is 4 x a week

    Ok I need to ask again because this is bothering me meal plan two on non weight training days can u please look at meal one
    There is no way a fruit and one carb would ever just equal 28 grams of carbs is this a typo maybe the fruit should have been a fat???
    Please let me know because I tried to copy the picture but it didn’t work

    Thanks Naomi.. ! I went to the Chiro today and I have a little relief now. He seems to think it is a strain in my lat. Nothing serious but uncomfortable. He did ICE and some adjusting.

    It is shameful that people take pictures of others for any reason it is not appropriate.

    Me sharing a story with you might help-
    I work for a large company they also have people cleaning that are outsourced in our gym.

    I was going in the mornings to weight train forever – it’s a bit empty in there Esp in the women’s locker room
    I was never afraid to take a shower or anything I felt safe.
    Well I was in the shower and I felt something come over the top of the stall like someone was in the room with me. The shower had a small bench outside to get changed and then a curtain (where my clothes where on the floor).

    When I looked up there was the cleaning man looking down into the shower when he was caught and I screamed (after seeing me naked) he started yelling in another language and said he didn’t understand why I was yelling he thought the stall was empty. Which is bull!

    I felt so terrible and violated
    I followed up w the fitness manager and thank goodness he was let go.

    I would say just always keep your eyes open and just make sure your safe.

    Today’s day and age people violate privacy all the time – it’s a shame….

    The oat bran is good. I am not sure if it does something to my stomach though.

    I’m sorry. It I want to curse right now.
    I can not stand hearing things like this ! Plus you seem to be very sweet. I would have told him a few things about himself tbh!
    Listen people try to judge – but we are all unique in so many ways and this is what makes us all special. It’s you vs you.
    I had someone tell me that without their help I won’t amount to anything. Made me laugh because in the next breathe the person is telling me how hot I am and how they like me. Take it with a grain of salt, honesly, he probably has his own motives and issues.
