ParticipantHello! I have 3 kids. I am 8 months postpartum and was just getting in my groove and feeling awesome right before I got pregnant with my 3rd (happy oops) I am a runner and hurt my ankle pretty bad running literally the day I found out I was pregnant. That really hindered me being able to workout during my pregnancy then I let it all go. So I am really looking forward to getting back into shape like I was 🙂

ParticipantI was curious if it matters if we use plain almonds vs lightly salted or even smokehouse. The macros don’t change the only thing that increases some is the sodium. Thanks 😊

ParticipantI love making my lean ground turkey into taco meat! I make my own because I don’t like the additives they put in the packets. Bonus- it taste soo good with the sweet potato!!

ParticipantMine is fine for a day- May get a little brown but doesn’t affect the taste. Otherwise I don’t prep the avocado until right before or the night before- when I use just a half an avacado I would put a slice of an onion on top of the open part in an air tight container in the fridge and I could keep it for a few days like that- I have also heard adding lemon or lime juice helps to preserve it but I never tried this. 🙂

ParticipantThat is what I did. I also read someone put the protein powder in the with muffin mix and it turned out well- I have not tried this.

ParticipantI add a true lemon packet and a stevia packet- omg it taste like a little dessert to me! Just the crystallized lemon ones not drink packets.

ParticipantFor the second question- I would measure it cooked. After watching Nicole’s videos on meal prep she always measures her stuff cooked apart from stuff like almonds and oatmeal. 🙂
