rebecca.vaccaroParticipantI bought Skinny Syrups online (also sold at TJMaxx) they have cookie dough flavor, cinnamon roll, vanilla, etc… I put these in my coffee, my yogurt, oatmeal, and sometimes my protein drink. Zero everything.

rebecca.vaccaroParticipantI have always wanted to do an unassisted pull up! Even in the best shape of my life I couldn’t do it. After this challenge I am going to try to train up to pull ups lol. However, we had our back and tricep workout this morning and I’m now on down to 70lb assisted (so I’m pulling 100 pounds up). I had started at 130 only pulling 40lbs up so I’m really excited at the strength!!!
rebecca.vaccaroParticipantFolks! Had to come back and share. Today is day one of week 3 for me and I measured my bodyfat when I started two weeks ago and was 30.3%. Today I was 22.6%!! 14 days and 7.7% down! Ladies I have not lost an ounce of weight so wanted to share to trust the process! We see ourselves daily so I make sure to take pictures every other week, and bodyfat measurement every other week. Helps to motivate when that scale doesn’t shift!! Good luck!

rebecca.vaccaroParticipantI finally have Physical Therapy tomorrow, but I absolutely feel the discomfort when lying down on my back and having to have weights in my right hand. On Day 11 so we had Back and Triceps today and I struggled even with the neutral grip dumbbell press. I was told to specifically stay away from bench pressing and possible seated shoulders (Arnold… but I’ve been able to handle that without any discomfort as I consciously am very careful with my form). It’s clearly when all the pressure is to hold up weights on my back. Hoping at home therapy will help, but just don’t want to irritate it any worse because I’m loving this challenge ;0
Any help appreciated Maureen! I’ve been fortunate that this is my first injury ever and at 39 lol
rebecca.vaccaroParticipantMy friend and I are on Day 10 and have stuck to this plan perfectly with no cheating with food nor cheating our workouts. I must tell you that our Leg day was INSANE! We noticed such an incredible change in our strength in our legs that we were shocked. We are definitely trusting this process! However, neither of us have lost any weight… We can totally see a change in our bodies though becoming leaner so everyone is different. I’m excited to see what Phase II does and Phase I has really shocked me with strength building.
