I noticed that too. I made the adjustments on my own to fit the recommended macros for the day using the exchange list.
I just Don’t like twizzlers.
So I’ll choose another optionI did legs yesterday and I can barely walk today!
Thankful today is a rest day! :).Hmmm …. in that case, i would follow the gram of carbs for that specific meal.
143 grams of carbs (macros) is a lot for one meal

I see rice over 600 calories with 143 g of carbs. I think That may be the issue. Are you sure it’s enterdd correctly ?
Can you post a pic of your MFP ? Maybe we can find it. Something has to be entered wrong
Just focus on the menu. Follow it to a T. Don’t worry about MFP.
My rest days are tues and fri. I started the plan on sat.
I do this through the week mon, wed and thurs (with Day cardio separate session on thurs)
4:00 am. Meal 1
5:00 Wrights followed by cardio
630 PWO meal
9:00. meal 2
12:30 meal 3
3:30 meal 4Weekends
7:00 am meal 1
8:00 weights and cardio
9:30 PWO meal
13:30 meal 2
3:30 meal 3
6:00 meal 4I wouod Follow the meal plan as close to a T as possible to get the best results If you don’t like those, choose another meal
Hi. I make Them into muffins. I Multiplied the recipe by six. 2 muffins is one serving in a 12 slot muffin tin.

I often split my workouts and do weights in the morning and cardio in the evenings too for the some reasons. When I do this ( like today), I won’t have any meals after my cardio this evening. If I get hungry, I just drink water and I go to bed early.Thank you Nicole for the reality check !!!

This is a building challenge girl! 🙂 I would follow the plan as written. The challenge isn’t over so you are not done building yet. You could potentially burn off the gains by adding more cardio.
Everyone’s body will respond differently depending on where they started….trust the process and follow it through 🙂 I’ve done almost every challenge and I always look better at the end then I did when I started! Hang in there!
