ParticipantI’m the one who though out the word “cheating”. Bc i think There ARE some people doing extra in an attempt to make more progress. And that’s up to them. Some people love cardio and can’t gice it up for whatever reason.
To me, i always follow the plan to a T.
Bc I want the best results i can Get. And i know These plans work if you do them.
That doesn’t mean doing them half way. Why is it fair for someone to do 7 Days is cardio a week and wins as opposed to someone who followed the instructions and doesn’t ? Sure they may have different goals. But, they are certainly not going to turn down the prize… it’s a transformation challenge. Not I’ll do what i parts i want To of the challenge and then do my own thing too. That’s a misrepresentation in my opinion of true honest results.
Anyway i want To see everyone be successful and I’m gonna be quiet now about this topic. I wish Everyone the best. Hugs.Rebecca Bargeloh

ParticipantI’m follwoing the plan exactly as is outlined and have some seen some results. I will Say that before the challenge started i ate My fair share of junk over the holidays. I totally understand the frustration when those of us are following the plan to the T while others are “cheating” in my opinion. I totalky Get it. It sets unrealistic expectations for some. Those people who cheat will have to answer to themselves one day. And we can satisfied with knowing we did exactly as written. Hang in there ! Let’s do phase 2 🙂 hugs !!!!

ParticipantI made The waffles last night. 12 waffles divided by 1.5 = 8 servings. I made 8 waffles. Each were a 1/2 cup of batter if that helps anyone. I put half in the fridge and half in the freezer.

Yes, I switched my schedule around due to my work schedule. My workouts actually start on saturdays with rest days being during the week. So that makes my schedule a little different. I’m sorry if I confused you! Good luck in phase 2!Rebecca Bargeloh

ParticipantWell I’m a RN and was sure clear my question with him about my activity after surgery. He said in quote “there are no restrictions from my standpoint. You can do what you feel up to “. And he is fine with me doing cardio the morning of. So with that info i want To know how to best handle the nutrition and workouts.

ParticipantI plan to weight the entire batch of sweet mash and then divide it into 3 so it’s 3 equal servings.

It is a relevant question. I know That using calipers is not always the best way to measure body fat. Just the slightest difference in placement of the calipers or anything can make a difference in your result. 9 lbs is a good bit to lose in 3 weeks and I find it hard to believe you didn’t lose any fat at all. That’s seems odd to me.If you really want an accurate body fat % I would try a DEXA scan. They are not always easy to find and can be pricey. 🙁
I was Just trying to get you to not focus and worry about it so much :).

ParticipantI remember Nicole saying phase 1 is a building phase not a cutting phase. That is phase 2. I wouldnt Worry about body fat % right now. Get ready for phase 2

Go to the gym. It will prob make you feel better. I don’t always feel like going either but once it’s over i feel A lot better.
Missing a day may make you feel worse. Unless you feel like you’re getting sick, I’d go to the gym.Rebecca Bargeloh

ParticipantYes! I review the entire workout before each and every workout and then keep a photo of it on my phone so I have it handy. I also double check the recipes each week and track everything in MyFitnessPal. Good you for getting back on track!!!!!!!!!

ParticipantI honestly don’t even know where I started at the beginning of the challenge. I’m going to weigh in the day I take my after pics. I’ve been doing weekly progress pics and it really helps and lets me see the changes. Its much more peaceful this way for me….
