Tuna: Your teasponn of garlic poweder says over 1,000 calories. Did you scan the spice or enter it manually?
Chicken: I measure out chicken breasts to 4 ounces each. 4 pieces of chicken x 4 ounces = 16 ounces of chicken.

My guess is yes we should have the shake, you’re still working your muscles even though you are not using weights. Waiting to see what the moderators say…
Thanks!!!! I want to make sure I really get the super sets and trisets in with as little as interruption as possible from other gym members! So I either have to go later in the evening or super early in the morning.

Thanks for a wonderful Phat Camp! I have read studies that taking antiinflmmatory meds (NSAIDS such as aleve,Naproxen, ibuprofen) may hinder muscle growth if you take them after a workout when you’re sore. Have you heard this? Do you have any thoughts? I always try to work through the soreness with cardio and drinking plenty of water…but wonder if there may be any truth to this. Thank you for your input!
Maureen….I haven’t been hungry for the last 2 weeks until yesterday and today! It has finally caught up with me! You are right!
I’ve competed twice in figure in the past….but my problem is always maintaining after a show or falling off the wagon and letting myself go. So i’m back now to get to where I want to be and REALLY STAY there this time. No more up and downs for this girl!!!
