ParticipantTuna: Your teasponn of garlic poweder says over 1,000 calories. Did you scan the spice or enter it manually?
Chicken: I measure out chicken breasts to 4 ounces each. 4 pieces of chicken x 4 ounces = 16 ounces of chicken.
that’s what I see when I look at your pics….maybe I’m missing something

Thanks for a wonderful Phat Camp! I have read studies that taking antiinflmmatory meds (NSAIDS such as aleve,Naproxen, ibuprofen) may hinder muscle growth if you take them after a workout when you’re sore. Have you heard this? Do you have any thoughts? I always try to work through the soreness with cardio and drinking plenty of water…but wonder if there may be any truth to this. Thank you for your input!

ParticipantI’ve competed twice in figure in the past….but my problem is always maintaining after a show or falling off the wagon and letting myself go. So i’m back now to get to where I want to be and REALLY STAY there this time. No more up and downs for this girl!!!

ParticipantHI Courtney! I did the workout at 4am and took a barbell with me to the flat bench and grabbed a set of dumbbells and made my own little station for the giant set. It’s easier when the gym is less crowded.

ParticipantI am going to the gym at 4am too, it’s definitely less crowded. My complaint about the evening is that I can’t get to all the equipment in the right order. I’ve been doing the full workout (weights and cardio in the am) and it seems to be going ok so far.
