Rebecca BargelohParticipantHI Courtney! I did the workout at 4am and took a barbell with me to the flat bench and grabbed a set of dumbbells and made my own little station for the giant set. It’s easier when the gym is less crowded.
Rebecca BargelohParticipantI am going to the gym at 4am too, it’s definitely less crowded. My complaint about the evening is that I can’t get to all the equipment in the right order. I’ve been doing the full workout (weights and cardio in the am) and it seems to be going ok so far.

I used to do cardio in the am and then hit the gym again for weights in the evening but my schedule is tight and the gym is super busy in the evening.
This week, i’m getting to the gym at 4am for weights and doing the cardio after.
