    I pushed the mixture into a square pan & cut it into 20 equal sized “brownies”. Then I have 2 per serving.

    I had this meal for the first time today & assumed it was a typo & the yogurt should be 1/2 LP, since there’s 1/2 LP in the balls. I’m going to stick with that since I’m only 4’10” so should be on the smaller end of portions anyway! 😂

    Same question, I just signed up so still navigating the website. Is there one place to see full videos? Should I join the VIP membership too for that?
