    Is there anything I can replace the coconut oil with. The first time I took it, I ate it just like that, which was weird. And now I tried to mix it with the protein but it doesn’t mix like the protein, and they stuck to the mixer. Please advise.

    Hi Nicole,
    I am not a vegan but I like the quinoa muffin for a Change but curious if I can take a scoop of your npower instead of the plant based protein because the plant based I got has 15g of carb. Also what do you do with the 15g of coconut oil? Do i mix it with the protein?

    Today is the last day of the 35 day muscle up challenge. I hope to get the hashtag tonight or first thing tomorrow morning so we can get our photos and measurement taken before I can celebrate with a nice dinner and a glass of wine. Please advise.

    I am still taking my multi vitamin on non weight training day and EAS but would like to know if I am suppose to be taking bcca, glutamine as well?

    I could only find 93% ground turkey and not 99%, what should I do?

    Hi,

    I have two questions:

    1) I added 1 tbsp of olive oil, little sea salt, and ground pepper to my cauliflower, is that okay?

    2) I added hot sauce, or salsa to my chicken breast because it is very dry and hard to eat. Is there one better than the other?

    1) I want to take creatine suggested on the supplement list but we do not have any here on maui that has caffeine. Do you sell them? Can I buy from you or through you?

    2) Do I still take BCAA, Glutamine, and protein on non weight training day?

    We do not have bison here on Maui, what would you recommend to replace this?

    Also, I follow exactly the meal plan given except on my 5th meal tonight I swapped 1 serving squash to 6 oz sweet potato, only become it was prepared and ready to eat. Is that okay?
