Week two and i have busted my hinny in the gym and my macros have been on point. I am aware that two weeks is not a lot of time to expect great results but i put on a pair of jeans, that fit tight during the Christmas season but fit, and now i can’t! My weight hasn’t changed and w the time and effort I’ve put in, this is VERY disappointing. Again, not expecting big changes, but after two weeks, i feel like something should have given.
