ParticipantI had a pretty tall box I stood on. Maybe the pull up bar is higher than normal. I didn’t feel like I was jumping a lot. I just couldn’t hold myself up at all.

ParticipantI am wondering the same thing. My gym has a 45 pound bar only and i can do upright row with it but i can only do front raise like twice with it. I tried switching between bar and dumbbells today and then ended up doing dumbbells and sacrificing lower weight for upright row. Thanks!

ParticipantIf you are eating the Chicken, Turkey Bacon meal(Meal Plan 1) it doesn’t have any carbs that I see. I asked on the Q&A tonight and she is going to get back to us on it. I have been feeling awful as well and I consume that meal 3 times a day so I am thinking that is my reason for feeling bad.

ParticipantYea I am eating this meal 3 times a day so it is a concern to me because that would put me at 40 g of carbs instead of 100..I hope she gets back to it soon too! 🙂

ParticipantI was just wondering this same thing for this meal. I am on meal plan 1 and the turkey bacon meal doesn’t list rice and the others do. There is only a 5 g difference in carbs between meal plan 1 and meal plan 2 so i am wondering if the rice was left off. Seems like we would get rice but would be less than 50 grams. I don’t see how we are getting 20 grams out of this meal either when rice isn’t listed.

ParticipantThank y’all! Glad to know I’m not the only one! I’m not a big breakfast eater either so meal one is my biggest struggle!

ParticipantThank You for asking. I better understand what you mean by a rest pause now but what about when it says 8-10/4/2 under reps for a rest-pause exercise? Thank You 🙂
