I have always done it the other way round as thinking I had to burn off the fat on a fasted stomach to let the muscles shoW through. Question as I do training in the morning usually can I weight train fasted?

On the Forum if I press training it takes to another page saying “Join membership” I have paid for the challenge but cannot access any at home videos, do I have to be a member to view the videos.
