    Each round is 12 sets of 35 seconds because there are 12 moves and no rest (as per the instructions where you have 5 of the 35 seconds to transition to next move), so 25 doesn’t make sense. I do these kinds of workouts all the time. 12 x 35 seconds is 7 minutes. 7 minutes per 5 rounds is 35 minutes. Additional minutes for rest between rounds of wiping sweet and quick sip of water.

    I use SIT interval timer (it’s free). Just set the rest to 0 and work to 35 for 12 sets. Then press restart at the beginning of each round.

    I also have the same question as the 2 above. Phase 2 calendar still says off and also HIIT??? Cross reference the original Thursday and Friday workouts to the “updated” and something still isn’t correct. Please clarify.

    I’m doing gym but I looked at all 3 and they all say the same.

    Sorry, I titled it day 5 phase 1, not sure what else to call that day? Upper body??? Supposed to be tomorrow’s workout.

    I use a mini muffin pan to make egg bite muffins for meal one option 2

    9 egg whites, seasoning of choice (I used Flavor God Everything Spice), and about 2 Tablespoons of water. Wisk it good then added my 100g of veggies. Precook in skillet. I mix it up. Most often just spinach out of laziness but I like to do 50g mushrooms and 50g of spinach. Put cooked veggies in egg mixture and then put into sprayed muffin tin. It makes almost a full 24 mini muffin pan. I also use a small ice cream scooper to fill the pan. Helpful tip, cut your veggies small if using mini muffins. Also if you have older pan use muffin liners and spray them. Prevents sticking. Cook 425 about 20 minutes. After this I’m still left with my potato and fat. So my husbands variation to this is to put it all in the egg mixture and bake. He shredded his potato, precooked with the veggies a little and put guacamole (Fat) into the egg mixture and baked. Took a little longer but it’s all one meal and makes about 8 regular sized muffins. Tip, it will look like there isn’t enough liquid but it works out👍
