Thank you Naomi for getting back to me I appreciate it ??. I’m looking forward to seeing the winners of the challenge!, At the moment I’m just finding my balance again, I feel like it would be good to have a transition phase coming out of any challenge because it does seem to take me a fair bit of adjusting, diet and mentally .. keys for balance would be helpful and I wonder how everyone who participated is going now and how they are finding their balance., Thanks again Naomi for answering my question ??

Hi , Thank you for the opportunity to go through this challenge Nicole and co?,I’m very appreciative for the experience and incredible results , just a question; When using my fitness pal, should I be putting in my exercise?, sometimes I do just to see what’s been burned but then I delete as I feel maybe I should be aiming for the 1400 ish cals without taking exercise into account???

I really like the pumpkin treat, as a pancake and I also baked in oven in a mini cheesecake tin for 29 mins, I process the oats and I boil pumpkin , drain and blend and add other ingredients, I like to add the flaxseeds in whole, as I love the texture but didn’t feel it was necessary to add stevia.yum , by high carb day I look forward to this.

I tried Oxymax on Tues and Wednesday, it certainly stimulated me, but put my mind out of whack , I also felt moments of feeling emotional and anxiety in my heart, so I’ve given it a rest, just going without for now but I may try it again with breakfast if I feel I need that bit of oomph only.

Thanks Nicole for being so straight forward, it helps!!and also the q and a from your site is very helpful too. Actually after my msg last night I had a couple of spoons more than my serve of the almond butter! First time I’ve swayed from my path But I stopped myself from having more, my heart was beating hard! Today my appetite is low and I just don’t feel like my portion of the almond butter so I’ve left it out but will continue as normal tomorrow and carry on now as normal today. So grateful for your words of wisdom encouragement and support and belief in us all!! Happy and grateful for this experience and very grateful you’ll give us the guidance after!

That’s exciting to read that you have more planned Nicole and team , Thanks for everything you share, your an absolute inspiration.. It has been a challenge and I am dreaming food, Im hoping not to go overboard when the challenge is over, I want to have some sort of plan to keep in balance, Im hoping you will guide us with this 🙂 I too have had great results from the challenge and my skin also is clearer more balanced, it’s good to be stripped down sometimes I think, And the way others are inspired also makes it so worthwhile

Love hearing all this, I have stayed on track too but it has been challenging and I have been cooking up a storm for everyone else in the kitchen, All my desires on their plates! Just possibly making it harder for myself but I have felt so inspired in the kitchen…bazaar!, and I have not swayed off track but I am dreaming Italian, wine, salads and a fine dessert, I am hoping to Not go food crazy at the end of the challenge, I am excited and grateful to read that Nicole has something more in store and am hoping there will the guidance of finding balance in our diet as we come out of the challenge.

Though the first time I tried the eggs plus oatmeal to make pancake or smaller pancakes(my preference) also a little stevia and cinnamon as Nicole suggested to someone, I struggled and thought I wouldn’t do that again BUT having made them 2 times since, It is an enjoyable change with coffee.. yummo, thanks for the idea

Also another question, should I be taking into account the’ not quite’ Tablespoon of Flaxseed oil that I have in the morning before vitamin and breakfast (all those eggs lol), wondering if perhaps I should leave out the avo in the evening? Thanks again, Also I have lost 2.3 kg since beginning< feeling happy
