Just read it carefully. The actual recipe makes 6 servings. This is just a guideline. For meal plan 1 and 2, it says you get 1/2 of the serving, so this would mean that the recipe you made that said 6 servings would be 12 servings for you since you only get 1/2 a serving for the meal. You don’t make 12 servings. Having a full serving would give you too many macros, they gave you 1/2 a serving and then added 1/2LP and 1/2 SC. You can choose to select these from the substitution list or use the recommended 2 oz chicken breast and 50g quinoa. You can eat these on the side or choose to add them to your 1/2 serving of quinoa bowl since it contains similar ingredients. I hope that makes sense. Don’t overthink it.

It’ll depend on which meal plan you are on, I believe. I’m meal plan 3 and I hope to use that recipe. I need to add 1/2LP and 1F.

So, the recipe makes 6 servings, but for your meal plan, it would make 12 servings. If you had a full serving, it would be more macros than you needed, so, 1/2 LP and 1/2 SC were added. You can choose to add this to your serving of quinoa power bowl (after cooking so it’s accurate). It would be more confusing to explain how to add those to the recipe ahead and dividing it. Having half the recipe serving and then additional 1/2 LP and 1/2 SC gives you more variety. Instead of chicken, do yogurt or cottage cheese and add some rice cakes.

Ha! I would say yes. Raw veggies are amazing. Raw broccoli 100g is 7g carbs so just do the math to make 10g.

You can make a salad. Just use the exchange list. It works great and lots of food.

There was an email sent out too. I know that would be frustrating. The first week is a week for us all to help get the kinks out. The ebook was updated again.

The recipe makes six servings and you get two so it makes 3 meals.

Look at the ebook, which has been updated and it’s 3 egg whites, not 3 cups.

Are you saying you cook the Turkey with the veggies? I usually do the turkey and then add to veggies. Not sure if your process.

Ok! I did the revised recipe and doubled it and put it in the microwave. I did 2 min but it’ll depend on the container you use and how thick. It left a little undone which was almost like a sauce. Yummy. Anyways, less time consuming to make than pancakes and I love the cake like consistency! Great for grab and go.

The recipe was changed back to 3 egg whites. Then the additional to eat aside.

So, “to failure”, you would assume, if you can do more than 10, then do it and increase next time and then drop to the next weight and challenge to get 10 and then again. But, if you can do more than 10, then go to failure?

Would love an elliptical option. I’m going through old challenges to try to find some. I couldn’t find any on the website. I might just look on YouTube for 30 min elliptical workout. There are so many HIIT varieties, just want to make sure of anything to look for.

The cheese amount 1/4 cup for the soup, Is that per serving ? Or per the entire recipe?

. The 1/4 c cheese goes into the soup and is mixed and then you divide it. So, not per serving.

It’s great how they put the exchanges and then a sample menu. You can ignore the recommendations they have done for us who appreciate them. This meal plan is so easy to make work.

It’s comforting to eat the same every day. For the dinner meal, it’s easy to swap out different meat and veggies though. Don’t make not difficult. She’s done the work! If you are not liking something, then look for a solution!

Obviously, it’s per serving and not per cookie. I also weigh it and divide by 3 since it’s 6 servings and I get 2 servings on my plan. I just put it on the scale and pour out and reweigh.

Yep! That’s how I read it. It makes 6 servings and your meal allows you 2 servings, so that recipe would make 3 meals.

By muffin recipe, I should have said muffin in a cup microwave recipe. I usually put in Tupperware and divide though.
