    Train fasted and then eat post workout meal after. This is what I have done in the past and I am planning on continuing to do

    I lift early also fasted but had someone tell me this past week that I look like I have lost a lot of definition in back- very upset and I lost a lot of weight. I also was thinking of a shake before I go but then I would be over on protein and calories for the day since I am already struggling and hungry all day long

    I would use leg press for back support, I have a bad back also and I am doing legs in the am and planning using leg press for front squats-(I tried them last week and I am not coordinated enough, could do them with no weight lol) We do the best we can

    I do a lot of traveling since my daughter plays softball for her college- luckily she is only 2 hours away. What about the containers by thermos that keep your food hot or cold for 12 hours. I have a couple of them and have used in the past and they work great
