    thank you.. yes.. i can eat the five meals; however, with my work schedule i can do 4 with much more ease
    presently i am doing the 5 meals… the last meal is just a little hard to get in..
    i can easily double the portion size for one of the meals.. but if i do that would that be intaking toooooo much protein, carbs and fat for one meal?

    good morning
    i think i am going to add to this question as i am still a little confused……
    during week 3 we are going be lifting heavy.. perhaps out most difficult week.
    So if i am lifting my heaviest, how can i lift that amount during week 4 for 10-12 reps?
    am i correct in utilizing the pyramid technique for week 4?
    sorry for al the confussion

    i like you question. i finish the workouts at 8:30 pm and come home and eat.
    feeling very full that time of night and then go to bed. not sure i should be going bed one hour after the meal.
