    You can use option 2 and make them, use 40g oat bran or oatmeal, 3 egg whites and a yolk, the other 3 egg white you can eat with spinach or any veg. or you can used half of protein powder mix with some 0 cal syrup and add it up, or 6 oz, yogurt fat free.

    I didn’t find the sausage so I been used the 2 yolks for fats, I ask but I never get answer I hope is ok

    I do have spinal Stenosis and L4L5 dislocate plus sciatica and the my PT said no deadlifts because give too much pressure at the lower body, but I start to do with lower weights slow to learn the right way and years later I can do in this challenge with 150# , so listen to you body if you are scare use bands better at nothing

    Yes, meal plan 2. The fruit in option 1 is 1 1/2 and option 2 is only 1 portion,

    I have the same question but instead of the muffin I do 245g egg whites, one yolk, 40g of oatmeal and 1 oz raisins or is ok a small banana? And for after work out instead of the 350 g of strawberries and 100g of raspberries can I use 200g of pineapple?

    The menu said 6 egg whites and one yolk
    It is ok one whole egg and 5 whites, I use liquid and each egg is 46g, Can I do 46g x 5 and one whole egg?

    I put all the ingredients for the amount of portions I want it, and add some water help to be more soft after you put in the container you goin to use live for 5 min before put in the oven, my are very soft. I use the small oven toaster at 375 for 15min and check if is necessary I left more time, you can check inside with stick and see how is inside if is dry is ready.

    I cooking the chicken breast slow temperature to be soft and not dry, only with salt, pepper and then I measure the 4oz, I have in Ziploc bags each portion of veggies raw, and everyone I eat mix the chicken in the veggies bag cooking in the macroway in the veggies time and is so good.

    I’m new in the challenge this is my first one, I want to make sure it is the way I undestain
    Numbers 1 is breakfast, numbers 2 snack, numbers 3 lunch. Numbers 4 dinner ? It is like that or I’m wrong?

    Hi, I do have spinal stenosis and I’m can use only bike to do my cardio, so is ok if I use my spin bike has a 12 programs so I can use one each day?
