You can use option 2 and make them, use 40g oat bran or oatmeal, 3 egg whites and a yolk, the other 3 egg white you can eat with spinach or any veg. or you can used half of protein powder mix with some 0 cal syrup and add it up, or 6 oz, yogurt fat free.

Mritza ZecenaParticipantI put all the ingredients for the amount of portions I want it, and add some water help to be more soft after you put in the container you goin to use live for 5 min before put in the oven, my are very soft. I use the small oven toaster at 375 for 15min and check if is necessary I left more time, you can check inside with stick and see how is inside if is dry is ready.
Mritza ZecenaParticipantI cooking the chicken breast slow temperature to be soft and not dry, only with salt, pepper and then I measure the 4oz, I have in Ziploc bags each portion of veggies raw, and everyone I eat mix the chicken in the veggies bag cooking in the macroway in the veggies time and is so good.
