The rest period between is 45 to 60 sec, but my question is said 4 sets : 25 20 15 10 it is one each or 4 times 25 20 15 10 like pyramid or up in weight or lower the weights, I understand when said 3 set of 10/10/10 is heavy to light .

Mritza ZecenaParticipantYou can use option 2 and make them, use 40g oat bran or oatmeal, 3 egg whites and a yolk, the other 3 egg white you can eat with spinach or any veg. or you can used half of protein powder mix with some 0 cal syrup and add it up, or 6 oz, yogurt fat free.

Mritza ZecenaParticipantI do have spinal Stenosis and L4L5 dislocate plus sciatica and the my PT said no deadlifts because give too much pressure at the lower body, but I start to do with lower weights slow to learn the right way and years later I can do in this challenge with 150# , so listen to you body if you are scare use bands better at nothing
