Sharon BastoneParticipantYeah I am having some major bloating issues. It occurred to me yesterday that it might be all the artificial sweeteners I have been having. I have the sugar free syrup, BCAA’s, protein powder, gum,etc. I am gonna try and knock them out for the next few days and see if it helps. If it’s not that, then i am in trouble.. I don’t feel good at all.
Sharon BastoneParticipantThat sucks. I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I am pretty sure people are snapping pics all the time at the gym. I work at a gym and there are people telling me how this or that guy has tons of photos of women working out. Plus, I personally despise when people are taking pics or videos of themselves only becuase I just don’t want to be caught in the background.
?. But honestly, unless the gym specifically has a policy on it, not sure what can really be done.Sharon BastoneParticipantI was pleasantly surprised that the waffles turned out so well. They even kept me full a lot longer than I anticipated.
What kind of Syrup did people use? I ended up with sugar free smuckers, but it’s still 10-20 calories. That’s all the grocery store had. I also have the walden farms brand from before but it’s not my favorite.

I know that may be nothing compared to the kick ass ladies here but for me that’s a big improvement.

My bestie is my drinking buddy too. I always feel like I am letting my friends down when I don’t participate with food/alcohol. The thing is that they can moderate much better than me with the food. Food has always my demon. My goal in life isnt to be ripped, but to feel good in my own skin and find balance. Someday. This program helps me with structure and boundries. It’s awesome.
Sharon BastoneParticipantI feel ya. I am in the same boat. Lost 3 lbs right away and now I am stuck. Intellectually I totally agree with what everybody says about not using the scale to measure progress. It makes total sense. Emotionally that scale plays mind games. It’s awful. I tell myself not to weigh in, but it’s just calls me. I do feel a lot better and it’s only a week and half until we get into the shred phase. So I am just holding strong and hoping for more scale movement then.

Sharon BastoneParticipantAwesome. I see that it is an ab challenge. Could you tell me more what’s involved? I guess my main goal is fat loss not necessarily to see a six pack just yet. Would this challenge be in line with that?
