    I use the leg extension machine, use 2 yoga blocks to raise myself to reach the pad from the machine and of course set the machine at maximum weight to hold me

    Hi!, I got wrong yesterday and I believe call 4 but you use 3 only the white and 1 whole. So the whole egg will be your fat and lp combined

    I’m following this too, I’m on plan 2
    I don’t know, if the recipe make 2 portions and my plan say 1 serving will mean a only eat 1 slice?

    Hi!, I still can’t see the dumbbell step up, keep send me to the main page, (I just want to see if she does one leg at the time or alternate)

    Also the Pendlay row is giving me the same problem

    And the static hold for shoulder on the video shows as front raise but on the training chart calls for lateral raise. I assume is the same concept but we will do as lateral raise

    I am 5’4” and 123 lbs which is the right plan for me plan 1 or plan 2?, really confused because my weight is not vlise to 130 lbs

    So, will be Tabata for each combo?
    We do first exercise on the list (20/10) 8 times then rest between 30-45 sec and move to the second exercise and repeat the pattern till finish the list?.

    Ok… option 2 is bigger and my space is limited.

    Also what means MFP????

    I have cero knowledge in macros, I always follow the plans I get from my prep coach as it was and by the way…what means MFP???

    I’m not vegetarian but for me works better keep the meal plan steady for couple of months and have a cheat meal ones a week, I believe my body doesn’t need to figure what to do with the food I put in every time I change the meal plan

    Hi. I just notice that lol, I was about to ask because seems like a error,
    While we found the correct answer I will swap them like this
    3 min @ L 20 Inc. 10
    3 min @ L 15 Inc. 7

    And the cool down will be
    5 min L 12 Inc. 10

    Hi, I cook mine on a 8 mini loaf pan, cooked at 350 for a hour and came out pretty good plus solve my problem in cutting in equal size.

    Hi ladies, may sound silly but how did you mix the ingredients?, by hand, with hand mixer or stand mixer?
    After all the try and error I saw on the post I’m ready to do my bread and My baking skill are extremely low
