And the static hold for shoulder on the video shows as front raise but on the training chart calls for lateral raise. I assume is the same concept but we will do as lateral raise

ParticipantI’m not vegetarian but for me works better keep the meal plan steady for couple of months and have a cheat meal ones a week, I believe my body doesn’t need to figure what to do with the food I put in every time I change the meal plan
