I cooked the chx breast separately. I had frozen rice and frozen peas. I cooked them together afterwards until bubbly.
For the toast bake, I cooked everything together. I did mix a lot of ingredients together first, as it said in the instructions.

valeriepiccoParticipantHi, I was glad to see this post in the forum. I have 100% followed the plan and am at about the same weight as when I started. First I went up 4 pounds, now I’m back where I started. I feel great and have lost a couple of inches but the weight has not changed. Seeing this post reassures me that I probably won’t see weight loss until the second and third stages. Seeing FB posts from people saying they have lost 10 pounds on the challenge so far made me wander into the forum for this question!
valeriepiccoParticipantFollowing. I get to the gym at 5 am and have to go right to work after. I’ve been doing cardio and weights fasted and eating when I get to work. I take my BCAAs before working out but that’s it. If I eat before 5, then workout, it’s too hard to wait to eat again until 10ish so this works for me. Is this ok?
valeriepiccoParticipantI’ll be 62 in 2020. Loving the challenge so far! Age has not been a problem for me with the workouts, only the stubborn fat!
