Hi Naomi, few questions
1-For Phase 3, meal post training,3 rice cakes any flavor. Should I choose the flavored ones for the additional carbs or can I eat the plain brown rice rice cakes for the same results?
2-Since the macro of the meals are the same , can I repeat meal #2 with the Greek yogurt for two meals or does it make a difference? What about if I eat this meal as my last one later afternoon/early evening since has fruit?
