ParticipantHi there, just bringing this up again… I was choosing meal today and noticed these meals are almost identical except one has 1/2 SC and the other has 1 SC.
I haven’t calculated but I assume these two meals would have different macros and caloriesangele.menard

I can eat meal 1 option 2 twice a day

Meal 1 option 1 4x a day and post workout to make for my five meals and it won’t throw off my daily macros requirements for this program?

I personally would prefer to do two leg days than two chest days. Can I make the second chest day optional instead so I can focus more on building my lower body?angele.menard
ParticipantI understand about the carbs. Maybe I’m confused about macros. When I look at the plan see picture there is still a full serving of SC. Which is fine with me! Lol I just would have expect to see 1/2 SC because I keep seeing people on FB talking about carbs going down. But perhaps they are in ways I’m not fully aware of.

ParticipantI feel the same! Also did 60 day. During that program I was always struggling to finish meals. This time I’m hungry all. The. Time.
I figured perhaps my metabolism is running faster now? Iunno but I feel your pain! I’ve just been drinking lots of water and green tea to satisfy the hunger

I remember my doc telling me something about weekly calories so assumed it’s more like total over time. But I will to achieve the daily target (which I normally do but for some reason in this phase I’ve missed my last meal a couple of time due to early pass outs)

ParticipantI’m on this plan also. I’m 5’2″ Havent been starving but I’ve been super moody. Wondering if it’s from the drop in carbs. The spaghetti meal and cod help me feel satisfied.
I wonder how I will feel this week…this past week I had to force myself to eat. Its like I was hungry but at the same time didnt feel like eating.angele.menard
ParticipantThe step ups, splits squat and lateral lunges dont specify if its each leg. Is that total between the two or per side?
