Can’t upload the pic. I’m comparing women plan 1: meal 1 option 2 and meal 2 option 1.

I personally would prefer to do two leg days than two chest days. Can I make the second chest day optional instead so I can focus more on building my lower body?angele.menardParticipantI understand about the carbs. Maybe I’m confused about macros. When I look at the plan see picture there is still a full serving of SC. Which is fine with me! Lol I just would have expect to see 1/2 SC because I keep seeing people on FB talking about carbs going down. But perhaps they are in ways I’m not fully aware of.

I was curious about that. Right now I have no access to heavy weights. Will likely continue through with just resistence bands and light weights throughout I imagine.
Maybe if I would have been at the gym and had access I likely would have continued with the heavier weights.

Well I’m glad that I have structure during this time to keep myself and bb healthy! Thanks for the kind and encouraging words. I havent noticed too many changes yet… though I might be a little emo at times and have definitely been feeling really tired afternoon. The workouts in the morning I have been feeling pretty pumped about though!

I figured perhaps my metabolism is running faster now? Iunno but I feel your pain! I’ve just been drinking lots of water and green tea to satisfy the hunger
angele.menardParticipantI’m from Canada and although I havent used it myself my fiance’s grandma gets hers from cantrust and she absolutely swears by the CBD provided by them. CBD oil as in cannabis oil right? Not sure if I’m getting the lingo mixed up lol

Definitely feel more stable as I was using running shoes before and my sister pointed out my feet looked unstable during squats. Since I got the chucks I notice a difference in stability

I remember my doc telling me something about weekly calories so assumed it’s more like total over time. But I will to achieve the daily target (which I normally do but for some reason in this phase I’ve missed my last meal a couple of time due to early pass outs)
angele.menardParticipantI made the tofu tonight. I like this meal. Quinoa and spinach! I’m in! I’m also slowly getting better at cooking tofu.
