    Hi there, just bringing this up again… I was choosing meal today and noticed these meals are almost identical except one has 1/2 SC and the other has 1 SC.
    I haven’t calculated but I assume these two meals would have different macros and calories

    Thanks. I think so. I’m having a hard time articulating the question.
    Like I don’t have to follow
    Meal 1 option one or two
    Meal 2 option one or two
    Etc
    In order…
    I can eat meal 1 option 2 twice a day
    And meal 3 option 1 twice a day and then post workout meal

    Or

    Meal 1 option 1 4x a day and post workout to make for my five meals and it won’t throw off my daily macros requirements for this program?

    I also have a question related to this…
    I personally would prefer to do two leg days than two chest days. Can I make the second chest day optional instead so I can focus more on building my lower body?

    I understand about the carbs. Maybe I’m confused about macros. When I look at the plan see picture there is still a full serving of SC. Which is fine with me! Lol I just would have expect to see 1/2 SC because I keep seeing people on FB talking about carbs going down. But perhaps they are in ways I’m not fully aware of.

    Hmm I just make a big salad and weigh it raw maybe I’ve been doing it wrong but I’m making good progress and I love a fresh salad so I’m just going to keep doing what I’m doing lol

    Just came to ask the same question. I wasn’t tracking my calories before but I ate everything today and feeling quite hungry. Wondered if I needed to add cals because of breastfeeding too.

    I was curious about that. Right now I have no access to heavy weights. Will likely continue through with just resistence bands and light weights throughout I imagine.
    Maybe if I would have been at the gym and had access I likely would have continued with the heavier weights.
    Have no idea how long all of this will go on.

    Well I’m glad that I have structure during this time to keep myself and bb healthy! Thanks for the kind and encouraging words. I havent noticed too many changes yet… though I might be a little emo at times and have definitely been feeling really tired afternoon. The workouts in the morning I have been feeling pretty pumped about though!
    Will keep monitoring daily needs!

    Again so happy to be doing this program while getting this news. Will help to keep me active and healthy during this time. Thanks Naomi!

    Perry the challenge hasnt even started. Maybe give it a week before jumping to conclusions. ?
    I’m going through the food options now and feeling like my options are amazing!

    I feel the same! Also did 60 day. During that program I was always struggling to finish meals. This time I’m hungry all. The. Time.

    I figured perhaps my metabolism is running faster now? Iunno but I feel your pain! I’ve just been drinking lots of water and green tea to satisfy the hunger

    I’m from Canada and although I havent used it myself my fiance’s grandma gets hers from cantrust and she absolutely swears by the CBD provided by them. CBD oil as in cannabis oil right? Not sure if I’m getting the lingo mixed up lol

    Hi. I’m still not sure if I should just be going straight through, leg to leg until all sets are complete or take breaks?

    I heard flat is good. I got myself a pair of converse chucks. Definitely feel more stable as I was using running shoes before and my sister pointed out my feet looked unstable during squats. Since I got the chucks I notice a difference in stability

    Thanks a bunch! Home stretch! These past couple weeks have been tough lol

    I remember my doc telling me something about weekly calories so assumed it’s more like total over time. But I will to achieve the daily target (which I normally do but for some reason in this phase I’ve missed my last meal a couple of time due to early pass outs)

    I made the tofu tonight. I like this meal. Quinoa and spinach! I’m in! I’m also slowly getting better at cooking tofu.
