ParticipantI’m up at it early as well…..I eat half my breakfast (meal 1) before my workout, then immediately have the meal 5 (smoothie), then later in the morning will have the 2nd half of meal 1 with my coffee. Weird, but this totally works for me and my early schedule. Hope this helps.

ParticipantI use a simple notecard, write out the actual minutes and whatever level/resistance/rpms, etc. I should be at during that time. MUCH less brain work when your body is working so hard 😂
