I guess you’re just gonna have to call me stupid because none of these responses are making sense to me.
The recipe as I read it says it makes six servings. Why would I make 12?
Do I make the recipe as it is written, and each time I eat it do I add the 2 ounces of chicken and 50 g of quinoa? Why can’t anyone answer this question for me???
I get that you are all seasoned at these challenges, and can make heads or tails of recipes as they are written, but for people who are new, and follow the recipes by the letter, it’s not making sense.
Keeley007britParticipantThis makes no sense – I’m new to all this – layman’s terms are best. 1/2 the serving or add these items? What you are saying isn’t what the recipe says. For me, the way I’m reading it, I would add 2 ozs chicjen and 50 g of quinoa. Do I do that or not???
Keeley007britParticipantdisregard… I watch the video and got my question answered. Sorry to be a pain.
Keeley007britParticipantI don’t think I asked this question right… If I choose an optional condiment, is that going to change the dynamic of my meal plan… I’m on meal plan 2 – I guess I am confused as to when, and how I can use them…
Keeley007britParticipantNicole mentioned 4 ounces in the video today 😊
Keeley007britParticipantI weighed mine in lbs (3lbs 2.5 ounces) and then divided by 6 which came out to 0.54 – 2 servings would be just over 1 cup.
Keeley007britParticipantI do believe the video gives you an alternative to do a reverse lunge 💪🙏
